You must meet the minimum age required by Discord's Terms of Service to use Dashcord. By using Dashcord, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Dashcord is a web-based dashboard that allows users to monitor Discord channels and track members across servers in real time. Dashcord operates using Discord's official Bot API and does not require or store your Discord user token.
Dashcord is built on Discord's official Bot API and is designed to comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy. You agree not to use Dashcord in any way that would violate Discord's Terms of Service, including but not limited to using it to harass, stalk, or monitor individuals without their knowledge in contexts where such monitoring would be prohibited.
Dashcord uses Discord OAuth2 for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. Dashcord is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.

Dashcord offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Dashcord does not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
All content, design, and code comprising the Dashcord service are the property of Dashcord and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without express written permission.
Dashcord reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
Dashcord is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dashcord shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
